I bought this crib to replace the porta-crib by the same manufacturer when my daughter out grew it. Unfortunately, after my husband put it together, we discovered there is no bottom setting to set the mattress at the lowest height. She is too tall for me to safely leave her in her crib without fear that she will escape. I called Sorelle's parts department and the rudest man told me doubted this was a manufacturing defect since they had made 1500 of this crib and never heard of such a thing (!!!) What did he think? I made it up?! The description clearly says there should be three mattress height settings but mine only has two. Now, even if they ever get around to sending me new parts, I will have to take the entire crib apart and reassemble. And in case you are wondering, there is no way this was due to mistake in assembly - the first two mattress setting holes line up perfectly. They clearly just drilled the third lowest hole on the wrong side of the corner posts!Poor form, Sorelle - literally! I wish they would have least offered some sort of credit to make up for the inconvenience and lost $$ when I inevitably pay to have someone take the crib apart and reassemble with the new parts.Also, to add insult to injury - the top decorative rail came with a huge splinter of wood missing on the bottom. Couldn't have been during shipment because I check the box and didn't find the missing splinter of wood.

Item is pretty. Easy to build and looks great. It scratches very easy. Might benefit from a layer of sealant. It fit our mattress Great.
