This is a beautiful crib! I am actually kind of surprised that a crib of this quality and style is so affordable. I love the black wood, it looks really pretty and elegant!My husband put the crib together in probably an hour and a half. It wasn't too tricky, except for the fact that the small bags of screws were not labeled very well, so they were easy to mix up (they were just identifiable by length, so he had to measure them to figure out which ones to use). All in all, not too tricky of a job.The one problem we had with this crib is that it was TOO BIG for both crib mattresses we already owned! (We are expecting our third, so already have a crib and a toddler bed.) We own a Sealy Baby Soft mattress (bought in a store over 5 years ago), as well as the Safety 1st Heavenly Dreams White Crib Mattress. We first put the Sealy in and there was a little room on the sides, and a LOT of room on the end! I was definitely not comfortable putting my newborn baby in a crib with such a gap. Next we tried the Safety 1st mattress, and it fit much more snugly on the sides but still had too large of a gap on the ends. I did a lot of research, trying to find a longer crib mattress, and ended up buying the Serta Nightstar Extra Firm Crib Mattress and it fits perfectly! I am very happy with it.In case you are wondering the actual INSIDE measurements of this crib, I measured it and it is 52.5 inches long by 28 inches wide.Now that we have the mattress thing figured out, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this crib and am excited to put my newborn son in there in a few weeks.

This is a very sturdy crib and I like the way it can be converted into a day bed or a double bed. We wanted something we could use for a long time and many grandkids. And this fit the bill without being terribly expensive.

I looked for crib with a dresser for awhile then I finally was looking on Amazon. The price of the Silverton was in our budget. I was kind of scared of getting the Silverton 4 In 1 Crib because no one really has made any comments about it and not actually seeing the crib in person!! I have not heard of Delta Children's products so being a first time mother, I started researching the company and even called the company!! After we finally put the crib together it is durable and sturdy, very pleased with the product so far and cannot wait until our little one uses it.
