We purchased this before our son was born. It came quickly, all pieces were undamaged, and it was very easy to assemble (my husband and I put it together together.) The wood is soft so I'm sure after a lot of use it will get knicked up, but I love the color and I didn't expect it to be hard wood. The crib is very sturdy and I like that it is accessible from both sides as we have the crib come out from the center of the room. My only complaint is that the mobile we received does not attach to the frame of the crib - the wood is too thick. There may be other mobiles out there that work, but ours did not. Our baby is now 6 weeks old and I would have to say - I'm happy with our purchase.

We were looking at the Emily and the Kalini from Davinci when this went on sale for $50 off with the rail purchase. The color has a slight red-ish tint to it compared to our other Espresso furniture, but still matches well. The wood is soft and it will dent easy like all cheaper furniture. It took an hour to put together with the wife and the 3 year old "helping". Directions were simple to follow. The packaging protected the wood and it arrived in great condition via UPS.Recommended!

We ordered this crib from Amazon, as we'd seen it on other sites and thought it met our needs. Amazon had a good sale going on so it saved us some money. It was shipped very promptly, as is ALWAYS the case with Amazon Prime (which, IMO, is worth its weight in gold). The assembly was easy, and took my husband and I about an hour to put together. If you're more savvy with assembly, I imagine it would take even less time. All the pieces went together very well, and it feels sturdy.I'm only giving it 4/5 stars because we haven't used it yet, as we still have 4 months--hopefully--until it is used by our expectant child. Aside from that, I cannot list a complaint about it.
